Apartment Block Management

Over the years we have gained extensive experience of working with block management companies and the challenges they face. It is important that we understand the needs of each individual company and to arrange the insurance policy for their clients, that suit these needs.

When arranging a policy with us you will be allotted your own dedicated account manager, who will look after your needs throughout the year. In the event of you having to make a claim, you will be assigned one of our claims team who will be working on your behalf.

The cover provided by the policy includes as standard:

  • Accidental damage
  • Alternative accommodation (as a result of property damage)
  • Property liability – (minimum £2 million)
  • Employers liability, if required – (minimum £10 million)
  • Legal expenses
